Anthony Riley, Philadelphia street performer and The Voice contestant, dead at 28
Philly.com is reporting that renowned Philly street performer and one-time The Voice contestant, Anthony Riley, was found dead Friday, reportedly by his own hand.
The 28-year-old performer had electrified The Voice's judges, prompting the quickest turn-around of all four seats. After choosing Pharrell Williams as his coach and performing one more time on national television, Riley dropped out of the competition citing substance abuse issues.
In 2014 Philadelphia Magazine named Riley Philadelphia's best street performer.
